JURYING PROCESS: Accepting quality hand-made crafts and artwork ONLY.
*Exhibitor must submit a minimum of 3 photographs for approval.
(This can be done electronically by email.) If you have shown in any
PVA show before, this requirement is waived as we have photos on file.
Notification of acceptance within 7 days of receipt of application.

ANNUAL ST. SIMONS ISLAND SUNSHINE FESTIVAL ARTS & CRAFTS AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between The Pier Village Association and the exhibitor below for the use of space
at the Annual St. Simons Island Sunshine Festival Arts & Crafts Show in Postell Park in the Pier Village on St. Simons Island, Georgia:
1. Exhibitor must supply all display props - including tent, chairs, tables, etc. and all tools necessary to
prepare booths for display.
2. Exhibitor must represent his own display.
3. Exhibits must be open for business a minimum of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm ALL days. (DO NOT LEAVE EARLY)
4. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for the care and protection of his/her exhibit.
5. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have all liability insurance needed.
6. The Pier Village Association accepts no liability in relation to the exhibits.
7. Only items approved by the festival committee may be sold.
8. Space size will be approximately 12' x 12'. Cost is $200.00 per space.
9. All items displayed must be original work. No mass production displays, no kits, supplies, or imports.
10. No retail or commercial items accepted. No flea market items.
11. If the festival committee determines that you are selling manufactured merchandise, you may be asked
to leave the show. Your entry fee will not be refunded.

Pier Village Association shows, photos are not required of your work.
