Annual Spring Invitational Art & Craft Show 2012 AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between The Pier Village Association and the exhibitor below for the use of space at the 2012 Spring Tour of Homes Weekend Invitational Arts & Crafts Show in Postell Marketplace at Postell Park, St. Simons Island, Georgia:
1. Exhibitor must supply all display props - including chairs, tables, etc. and all tools necessary
to prepare booths for display.
2. Exhibitor must represent his own display. All booths must have exhibitor’s name prominently displayed.
3. Exhibits must be open for business 10:00 am to 5:00 pm both days. (DO NOT LEAVE EARLY)
4. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for the care and protection of his/her exhibit.
5. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have all liability insurance needed.
(The Pier Village Association accepts no liability in relation to the exhibits.)
6. Exhibitors are responsible for protecting the marked sprinkler heads in the park.
7. Only items approved by the jury may be sold.
8. Space size will be approximately 12" x 12'. Cost is $175 per space.
9. All items displayed must be original work. No mass production displays, no kits, supplies, or imports.
No retail or commercial items accepted. No flea market items.
If the Show committee determines that you are selling manufactured merchandise, you will be asked to leave the show.
Your entry fee will not be refunded.
10. All tents must be weighted. NO STAKES.
