ACTING HEALTHY with playwright Mary Miller

If all the world's a stage, how do we play a bigger part in our own lives?  Why not write a better role?  Think about it.  The mind and body connection is a theatrical event.  Theatre at its best!  We are the actors in our own lives.  If we choose to be happy we can be happy.  If we choose to be sad we can be sad.  We can write the part we want to play and play the part we want to live!   Who better to tell you how, than a playwright?
